Fun Fact 5: One of the most important things we learn in picture book creation is making sure children see themselves in the story. But a creation story is automatically going to be God focused, right? But when I saw Enni’s cover art for the first time, I realized there was a better and more beautiful way, starting at the very beginning. When you see it for the first time, I hope you really see it. Because the big picture is for all of us. One more God whisper!
Sensibility- Understanding how a picture book comes to life makes reading it even more joyful!
Sense- In traditional publishing, the editor chooses the illustrator, and the author must trust the process.
